  My stay had its ups and downs. There were more downs than ups. Even more disappointing I reported my issues and had no resolution or response. My family will not use them in the future. As a veteran, the barracks are more of a vacation in my opinion.

  I did not receive a follow-up on my stay last month, per the issues we discussed. For these reasons, my family and I have decided to work with other organizations in the future. This is an extreme disappointment. After serving in Alaska on our last tour; we wanted to feel the cabin experience once again. The lack of the cabin, and communication thereafter is why we feel that your organization is not suitable for our future vacation needs.
